Riverdale is often referred to as the "Upper Upper West Side" because if it's similarities to the Upper West Side of Manhattan. One of the loveliest and quietest neighborhoods in New York City, Riverdale has been called "country in the city" because it maintains a suburban ambiance while being part of one of the world's biggest city. There is a wide range of homes, from handsome old estates and elegant mansions to modern houses and high-rise apartments situated on roughly three square miles.
